How this works, end to end

No cleverness, no algorithm worth bragging about. A short form, a routing rule, and a hard cap of three contractors.

Step 1 of 6

What best describes your home?

Different buildings need different crews, so this is the first thing a roofer asks.

Costs you nothing whether you hire anyone or not.

How you get from here to a quote

There is no phone call to make and nothing to install. It is a form, and then contractors ring you.

Describe the job

Three short questions, all multiple choice. It takes about as long as reading this sentence twice.

We match it locally

Your request goes to contractors who actually work Whittier and the surrounding area, filtered by the kind of job it is.

Up to three quote you

A maximum of three contractors get in touch. They inspect, they price, you compare. Hire one or none.

It costs you nothing. The contractors pay for the introduction. There is no bill at any point.

About a minute. Three questions and your details. Most requests reach a contractor the same day.

No mailing lists, no brokers. Only the contractors who are quoting your roof see your details.

Vetted before they hear from you. Licence checked, insurance certificates held, coverage area confirmed.

What we do, and what we do not

We are the introduction, not the contractor. Redline Roof Pros is a matching service for Whittier and the wider Los Angeles County area. The roofing is done by independent licensed companies who contract with you, not with us.

Once you pick somebody, we are out of it. The agreement is theirs and yours. We have no leverage over a contractor after the introduction, so do not rely on us having any: check the licence and the insurance yourself.

How contractors get into the network

  • They tell us which ZIP codes they genuinely cover, and what kind of roofing they actually do.
  • They agree to the three-contractor cap and to contacting you only about the request you submitted.
  • They provide certificates of general liability and workers compensation insurance.
  • They confirm the trades they take on — a tile crew and a flat-roof crew are not the same business.

None of that is a substitute for your own check. Licences lapse, insurance expires, and companies change hands. Look the licence up on your state board before work starts, and ask for a certificate of insurance issued this month.

What happens to your information

At most three companies see your details, and they see them because you asked to be quoted. Nothing goes to a data broker, an advertiser, or a list. The privacy policy sets out the detail, and the do-not-sell page is there if you would rather we did not share it at all.

Why it is free

Roofing contractors pay us for the introduction. That is the whole business model, and we would rather state it plainly than let you wonder. It also means the incentive runs the right way: a contractor who annoys homeowners does not stay in the network, because the requests stop being worth what they cost.
